Why do I care?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All of these efforts have resulted in <em>dramatic<\/em> reductions in wait times for both support tickets and live chats, and we hope you&#8217;ve seen that reflected in all your interactions with DreamHost&#8217;s support team and associated resources. In fact, we know you&#8217;ve seen it, because we have the data to prove it! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the Stevie Awards?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/stevieawards.com\/sales\/\">Stevie Awards for Sales &amp; Customer Service<\/a> are the world\u2019s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world\u2019s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> and International Business Awards\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike many other &#8220;business awards,&#8221; the Stevies are truly <em>merit-based,<\/em> involving an extensive application process in which all applicants make evidence-backed claims to a panel of judges who weigh their impact across a number of categories.  Based on our application, the judges agreed that DreamHost&#8217;s Customer Support team has been truly stellar in its impact on not only the business of DreamHost, but on the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not our first rodeo!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This win represents DreamHost&#8217;s <em>sixth<\/em> Stevie award win and is our second time winning <strong>Gold<\/strong>, joining our &#8220;Employee of the Year&#8221; designation in 2019.
