Suite \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de cet effort, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de support a augment\u00e9 de 50 % l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Les agents recrut\u00e9s ont suivi un programme d&#8217;int\u00e9gration rigoureux de 10 semaines qui comprenait une formation experte et compl\u00e8te ainsi qu&#8217;un accompagnement du personnel de support existant avant de prendre leur place en tant qu&#8217;agents \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. La direction de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement embauch\u00e9 de nouveaux managers pour superviser le nombre accru d&#8217;agents et a ajout\u00e9 des plannings de travail afin que davantage d&#8217;agents puissent \u00eatre en service simultan\u00e9ment pour servir les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temps de r\u00e9ponse des tickets am\u00e9lior\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Quand l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a commenc\u00e9 cet effort en janvier 2021, le temps d&#8217;attente moyen hebdomadaire pour les r\u00e9ponses aux tickets \u00e9tait juste un peu moins de trois heures. Depuis lors, cette moyenne a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de moiti\u00e9, \u00e0 1,5 heure \u2014 et bien souvent moins. La plupart des clients ont re\u00e7u une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leurs tickets en moins d&#8217;une heure ! Pour r\u00e9duire encore ce temps d&#8217;attente, nous restons concentr\u00e9s sur l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la couverture, de la priorisation et de la formation, et nous pr\u00e9parons autant que possible aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements impr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tout en r\u00e9duisant constamment le temps d&#8217;attente pour vos tickets de support, un objectif cl\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe, les objectifs suppl\u00e9mentaires fix\u00e9s par la direction de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe pour le soutenir ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints ou d\u00e9pass\u00e9s. Voyons certains d&#8217;entre eux!<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temps d&#8217;Attente R\u00e9duit Pour le Chat en Direct<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Quand 2021 a commenc\u00e9, le temps moyen pour qu&#8217;un client soit connect\u00e9 \u00e0 un agent de support technique par chat en direct \u00e9tait de 4.7 minutes. Gr\u00e2ce au grand nombre d&#8217;agents ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe et au fait que davantage d&#8217;entre eux \u00e9taient en service en m\u00eame temps, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a termin\u00e9 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e avec un temps d&#8217;attente moyen de seulement 1.4 minutes ! Avec cette diminution significative des temps d&#8217;attente, les questions et pr\u00e9occupations des clients sont trait\u00e9es et r\u00e9solues plus rapidement que jamais auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support par Chat en Direct 24\/7 en Anglais et Espagnol<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>En se concentrant sur le recrutement mondial et une formation compl\u00e8te, le Support Technique a pu augmenter progressivement sa couverture de chat en direct en anglais et offre maintenant un support 24\/7 \u00e0 tous les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>De plus, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe offre d\u00e9sormais le m\u00eame niveau de support de haute qualit\u00e9 aux clients hispanophones de DreamHost. Une grande partie du recrutement d&#8217;agents en 2021 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans cet objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autonomisation du Self-Service<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe a remarqu\u00e9 une augmentation du nombre de clients qui utilisent les options d&#8217;auto-service qu&#8217;elle propose.
